The "Core Temperature Sensor" is a built-in heater type core temperature sensor that allows for measuring the core temperature of food without compromising its external appearance quality, even when rapidly frozen. It was developed with the keyword of maintaining the taste and quality of processed foods by rapidly freezing food that has been heated to 120°C in about 20 seconds.
